JM Test Systems is hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist. If
you enjoy helping people and being the friendly face everyone remembers, this
role is for you.
As the first point of contact for our company, you’ll play a
key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting
daily office and customer service operations. You’ll interact with customers,
vendors, and internal teams to ensure every interaction reflects
professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized,
dependable, and interested in growing into Customer Service, Sales, or other
operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet
and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a professional and
friendly approach
- Answer,
screen, and route incoming calls while providing helpful, accurate
information
- Support
customer inquiries and ensure a positive, responsive experience
- Manage
mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain
a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Provide
administrative support (data entry, filing, scheduling)
- Assist
the Customer Service team during high-volume periods (order entry,
follow-ups, etc.)
- Communicate
clearly and escalate customer needs when appropriate
Qualifications
- High
school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2
years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
preferred
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly
organized with the ability to multitask
- Reliable,
detail-oriented, and customer-focused
