Role Overview

The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events within the office environment. This includes town halls, leadership visits, meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures seamless event delivery, high service standards, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including town halls, internal meetings, and VIP visits

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives

  • Manage event logistics: venue setup, seating arrangements, audio-visual requirements, and catering

  • Oversee vendor coordination (catering, décor, equipment) and ensure SLA compliance

  • Ensure pre- and post-event readiness, including cleanliness and setup restoration

  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs

  • Supervise on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution

  • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams for seamless support

  • Maintain event calendars and booking schedules for meeting rooms and common areas

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and corporate policies during events

  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports with improvement insights

Front Office & Helpdesk Coordination

  • Act as a central point for event-related requests via helpdesk/ticketing systems

  • Track and manage event service tickets with defined SLAs

  • Coordinate with reception for visitor management and access control

  • Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate event management or facilities services

  • Experience in managing large-scale corporate events preferred
