JJB is looking for a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for all open positions.
Onboard new employees and provide them with the necessary training and support.
Administer employee benefits and payroll.
Manage employee relations and address any employee concerns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
Partner with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
