  1. Leadership: Lead frontend development teams, providing architectural guidance, and driving frontend technology strategies.
  2. Architecture and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define frontend strategies that align with business goals and ensure technical excellence.
  3. Complex Problem-Solving: Address advanced frontend challenges and provide technical solutions to ensure successful project execution.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality applications.

  10. Documentation: Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for frontend architectures and best practices.

  1. Advanced Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to architect, design, and implement complex frontend systems.
  2. Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Compatibility: Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles to ensure consistent user experiences across various devices and browsers.
  3. Web Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing frontend performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, and minimizing network requests for improved page load times.
  4. State Management: Proficiency in managing application state using state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex, and an understanding of when and how to use them effectively.
  5. Frontend Build Tools: Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn to streamline development and production workflows.
  6. Version Control: Strong familiarity with Git and version control best practices, including branching, merging, and code review processes.
  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) and experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit and integration tests.
