Job Summary
We are looking for a Jira & Confluence Cloud Developer with strong experience in building cloud plugins, custom apps, and workflow solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to configure Jira Cloud, build automation, create custom applications, and support business teams with efficient process solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Jira Cloud projects, workflows, permissions, and automation.
- Build custom apps for Jira and Confluence Cloud using Atlassian Forge or Connect.
- Develop automation and scripts using ScriptRunner, JMWE, Groovy, and Java.
- Integrate Jira and Confluence with other systems using REST APIs.
- Develop UI components and features using React, Java, and Spring.
- Convert business requirements into Jira workflows and custom solutions.
- Support migration from Server/Data Center to Cloud.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Jira & Confluence Cloud plugin/app development.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and scripting.
- Experience using Atlassian Forge or Connect frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Jira Cloud workflows, automation, permissions, and configuration.
- Experience with plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, EazyBI, Tempo, BigPicture.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML.
- Familiarity with Confluence Cloud, SSO, and user management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
