Job Title: Jira X ray
Experience: 8+ years

Role Summary
SAP Testing
Accountable for successful validation of new build/cloned products and processes documented
•Responsible for measuring, monitoring and evidencing successful User Acceptance and E2E.
•Responsible for authoring Parallel Runbook for PM/DL/DRI to execute during Parallel Testing
•Responsible for overall testing framework; deploying tools, technologies and automations that assist in the test phases
•Defining entry/exit criteria, and Parallel thresholds, tolerances, and known differences categories
•Hosts Defect Triage meetings (JIRA): Coordinates collaboration with resolution parties, defect assignment, fixes, and retest
•Author SDLC documents in J&J Asset Management tool, ensure compliance is followed; manages Galileo assets; support CBT owners on non-Galileo Assets
•Monitor execution of test scenarios and scripts, adherence to plan, reporting of plan v/s actual, and path to green for delays
•Assist the Operations team in testing efforts, analyzing roadblocks, and providing guidance to progress the testing forward
•Collaborate with DL/PM on testing KPIs and dashboards; escalates testing risks and roadblocks to DL/PM
•Coordination with WD, JJT, DDM, and vendors on testing environments and timelines
Mandatory (Non‑Negotiable) Skills:
• Hands‑on experience in Jira X‑ray (must)
SAP Testing
• Strong knowledge of JQL queries for reporting
• Experience in importing test cases & test scenarios in Jira X‑ray
• Creation and management of test sets
• Building dashboards (country‑wise reporting)
• Active involvement in defect triage and defect lifecycle management.
