Job Title: Jira Service Management (JSM) Lead
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description:
We are looking for a Jira Service Management (JSM) Lead to drive the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of JSM Cloud for a growing organization. The role involves setting up ITSM processes, leading platform configuration, and ensuring scalability, compliance, and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead greenfield implementation and management of JSM Cloud.
- Design and implement ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB).
- Configure workflows, SLAs, automation, queues, and customer portals.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operations and leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead a team of JSM developers/engineers.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in ITSM, with 4+ years in Jira Service Management Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience in JSM configuration, automation, and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred: ITIL/Atlassian certifications and experience in regulated environments.
