Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a JIRA Developer located in Bengaluru. The JIRA Developer will be responsible for configuring and managing JIRA workflows, implementing custom solutions, and ensuring integration with other tools and applications. The role also includes creating dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to ensure optimized project tracking and reporting for team operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in JIRA Administration, including configuring workflows, custom fields, and permissions
- Experience with script automation, API integration, and plugin development
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with retail workflows and systems is an added advantage
