Role Overview
We are hiring a Jira Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale Jira Software and Jira Service Management for enterprise workflows, reporting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Jira Software & Jira Service Management
- Configure workflows, issue types, screens, and schemes
- Manage user permissions and access
- Build and maintain automation rules
- Create dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Troubleshoot integrations and system issues
- Maintain documentation & governance standards
- Support end-users and best practices adoption

- Workflow creation & optimization
- Custom field / screen configuration
- Fix automation rules
- Dashboard/report creation
- Permission changes & access control
- Integration troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration
- Experience with Jira Service Management (ITSM workflows)
- Knowledge of automation rules & scripting logic
- Experience with dashboards & reporting
- Prior Client-facing experience
Good to Have
- Atlassian certifications
- Experience with integrations (APIs, webhooks)
- Understanding of IT service management (ITIL)
