* 7+ years of experience in JIRA Administration

* Strong expertise in JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management

* Hands-on experience with workflow customization and automation

* Deep understanding of permission schemes and security configuration

* Experience with Atlassian Marketplace plugins (Script Runner preferred)

* Experience in Cloud or Data Center environments 11 AM To 8 PM
