Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Specialist with strong hands on expertise in Jira and Confluence administration. The role focuses on platform administration, configuration, automation, user support, and integrations to enable efficient Agile and ITSM workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Atlassian tools, strong problem solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise users.
Must Have Skills & Responsibilities
Atlassian Jira & Confluence Administration
End to end administration of Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including: Project creation and configuration
Workflow design and customization
Issue types, screens, schemes, and field configurations
User, group, and permission management
Perform system and user housekeeping, including cleanup, optimization, and performance best practices.
Implement and manage Atlassian automations to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
Strong expertise in JQL (Jira Query Language) for dashboards, filters, and reporting.
User Support & Platform Enablement
Provide L2/L3 user support for Jira and Confluence, including issue resolution and guidance.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Jira/Confluence usage, best practices, and governance.
Collaborate with Agile, DevOps, and IT teams to support delivery and operational needs.
