About the role

The Entertainment PRS team is responsible for developing the overall monetization strategy for Entertainment on Disney+ Hotstar, which includes - supply forecasting, pricing and packaging, and overseeing the ads delivery. Additionally, the team also contributes towards developing an Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Planning through analysis of market trends and internal data. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Disney+ Hotstar's Entertainment Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing & creative works team to drive revenue growth for the identified verticals Create customized solutions to key advertisers linked to their marketing objectives Ability to propose advertiser deliverables on Disney+ Hotstar for LCS/SMB businesses to win share of wallet from the brands Build customized narratives for why advertisers should invest with D+H: Value proposition laying out points of differentiation vs. other mediums Develop deeper insights and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction and facilitate "Why Buy?" propose solutions more suited to client needs, hence resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities in tune with Digital marketing trends- consumer and customer, New age App industry, Big data and Analytics Disney+ Hotstar's Entertainment Consumer behaviour into insights for advertisers: Deep understanding of user behaviour, historical trends and mapping them to market realities Develop advertiser value propositions linked to our position of strength on these metrics vs. other digital & TV mediums Ability to learn various D+H internal tools to provide support to the sales team for business growth Strategic outlook to the portfolio business: Constantly review current methodologies, tools and indexes and incorporate new approaches to pitch and present our products to advertisers and sponsors. Develop tracking mechanisms & prepare various dashboards to increase sales efficiencies and catch inefficiencies in a good market. Building sharp execution templates Build relevant post-evaluation process: Understand how advertisers measure campaign success: Key metrics used, 3rd party evaluations done (Nielsen, Kantar etc.) Collaborate with the measurement team to develop key elements of the client's evaluation decks Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with the front-line sales team & different sales strategy teams (Ad Tech, Ad Ops and Brand solutions)
