Relationship Building: – Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. – Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns and ensure a seamless experience. Market Intelligence: – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. – Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our products and services. Sales Reporting and Analysis: – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. – Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
