1. Safety of manpower, Machine and equipments.
2. Continuous running of the plant with good quality product.
3. Meeting production target.
4. Optimizing power & resource consumption.
5. Meeting quality guidelines.
6. Deploying of manpower and vehicles.
7. Coordination with Mechanical & E&I department.
8. Maintaining raw material & production records.
9. Follow up of raw materials shifting and internal shifting in SAP.
10. TPM implementation.
11. Housekeeping.
