Role/ Position Shift Incharge No. of People 3
Designation Asst. Manager  to Dy. Manager Department/Section Lime Plant
Reporting to DGM (Section I/C, Lime Plant) Location Raigarh
               
Key Resonsibilities
To control the Lime and Dolime process from control desk.       
To look after the running maintenance of the plant, so that the plant delay shows a reducing trend.        
To train the persons working under him.        
To inform the superior/s in case of stoppage        
Safety of men & Machines.        
To comply with the action plan provided in line with ISO 9001 & 14000 for the department.         
To co-ordinate with supplier as well as customer        
To shoulder responsibility in absence of superior.        
Responsible for TPM, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 implementation        
Proper man power planning in shift        
To co-ordinate with other interacting departments        
To look after the inspection & preventive maintenance of the plant, so that the plant delay shows a reducing trend.

Workers (Jr. Technician to Foreman) - 04,
               
Job Specifications (Educational Qualification, Experience etc.)
Diploma in Metallurgy- 1-2  Years
