Job Description:

• Assuring the physical safety of the Plant’s assets, employees, and visitors.
• Managing overall control over the site security as well as the deployed personnel.
• Implementation of automation/installation of modern electronic security devices.
• Liaison with local administrative bodies.
• Control over movable assets.
• Streamlining of the security system at the site.
• Monitoring the movement of employees, visitors, materials, and guests.
• Investigating the losses caused by various reasons.
• Investigation of the thefts/theft attempts and finding out the culprits.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the sensitive information.
• Ensuring the integrity of the company.
• Monitoring security issues.
• Devising the strategic direction for the security department.
• Training and upgrading the skills of security guards.
• Maintaining and developing a competent, productive, and quality workforce.
• Developing and implementing processes through orientation, training, and education.
• Designing and implementing effective security solutions based on Risk Analysis
• Ensure the roadblocks that impede the flow of raw material or the movement of finished goods are removed expeditiously.
