<strong>State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago (North Center) </strong>seeks an <strong>Insurance Licensed Customer Service-State Farm Agent Team Member<br></strong>You will be providing ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office customer growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance, marketing, confident inbound/outbound sales conversations.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, options, and provide general remarkable service.</li>
<li>Review accounts and assist with recommendations to address gaps, updates or changes as needed.</li>
<li>Consistently offer to cross sell additional products based on customers' needs and gaps.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in database and documentation of interactions.</li>
<li>Strong follow up on quotes and customer inquiries within same day bus day in order to close, or possess strong follow up</li>
<li>Ability to set priorities & manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely & accurate processing of insurance service & sales transactions.</li>
<li>Represent the agency at the occasional community events and support local brand growth</li>
<li>Willing and able to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to create referrals and generate leads </li>
</ul><div><strong><em><u>Qualifications</u></em></strong></div><ul>
<li><strong><u>Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensed (must possess or be able to obtain insurance licenses asap</u></strong></li>
<li>Current/recent insurance agency experience highly preferred</li>
<li>Strong proactive problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
<li>You’re a natural relationship-builder </li>
