Jim Taylor Auto Group is looking for a full-time Quality Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to making sure every vehicle meets quality standards before it is returned to the customer.

Responsibilities
- · Perform final quality control inspections on completed vehicles before delivery
- · Verify repairs were completed properly and vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for pickup
- · Road test vehicles as needed to confirm repair quality and vehicle performance
- · Check warning lights, fluid levels, basic functions, and overall workmanship
- · Identify incomplete or missed items and communicate them clearly with technicians and service advisors
- · Help maintain consistency in repair quality and delivery standards
- · Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- · Contribute to a productive, team-focused service department
Qualifications
- · Automotive service experience preferred
- · High school diploma or equivalent
- · Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- · Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify concerns
- · Ability to communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors
- · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- · Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
