<strong>Role Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will focus on servicing existing customers, managing renewals, and maintaining strong relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities to enhance coverage through needs-based conversations.<br><br>
</div><div>Success in this role is measured by customer experience, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and policy updates<br><br>
</div><div>Review accounts and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and updates<br><br>
</div><div>Provide professional, empathetic support during service and claims-related conversations<br><br>
</div><div>Build and maintain strong relationships to support retention and referrals<br><br>
</div><div>Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and pivot service conversations into in-book sales<br><br>
</div><div>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions<br><br>
</div><div>Collaborate with team members to meet retention, service, and outreach goals<br><br>
</div><div>Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations<br><br>
