</div><div>Jim Rottkamp State Farm is seeking a highly service-driven <strong>Account Manager</strong> with prior <strong>State Farm experience</strong> who takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience while confidently identifying opportunities to support growth through in-book sales.<br><br>

</div><div><strong>Role Overview</strong></div><div>As an Account Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, handling service needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will also support retention and agency growth by identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions through thoughtful, needs-based conversations.<br><br>
</div><div>Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to agency growth.<br><br><br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing policyholders<br><br>
</div><div>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention<br><br>
</div><div>Assist with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and general inquiries<br><br>
</div><div>Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers are properly protected<br><br>
</div><div>Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and pivot service conversations into in-book sales<br><br>
</div><div>Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-through<br><br>
</div><div>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity<br><br>
</div><div>Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience<br><br>
</div><div>Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations<br><br><br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Prior <strong>State Farm experience required<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Active Property & Casualty license required<br><br>
</div><div>Strong service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills<br><br>
