</div><div>Immediate Opening: Dual-Property Maintenance Technician (Bloomfield & Farmington)<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This is a dual-property position, with hours split between our Bloomfield and Farmington hotel locations. This role is essential to maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of both properties.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is dedicated, reliable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to effectively manage responsibilities across multiple locations. Candidates should be well-rounded in preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout all areas of the hotel, including exterior spaces.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs throughout both properties</li>
<li>Maintain and repair heating and cooling (HVAC) systems</li>
<li>Address plumbing and minor electrical issues</li>
<li>Repair walls, floors, carpets, and furniture</li>
<li>Repaint walls and complete cosmetic repairs as needed</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs, including exterior and parking lot lighting</li>
<li>Repair leaks, faucets, and other fixtures</li>
<li>Perform general cleaning and upkeep inside and outside the buildings</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance issues; participate in on-call duties as required</li>
<li>Travel between Bloomfield and Farmington properties as scheduled</li>
</ul><div>Physical & Technical Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proficient in using a variety of tools and maintenance equipment</li>
<li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces</li>
<li>Ability to remain active and move throughout both properties for extended periods</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>CPO® Certification required</strong></li>
<li>Prior hotel or hospitality maintenance experience preferred (training available)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time between two locations</li>
<li>Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently</li>
