Position: Jewelry Sales Manager
📍 Location: Udumalaipet
💼 Experience: 10+ years in Jewelry Retail Sales (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
Drive sales targets and ensure business growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Monitor daily showroom operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Manage inventory, stock movement, and billing coordination.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry retail sales, with managerial experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewelry products.
