Role Description
The Jewelry Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves engaging with customers to provide personalized consultations, showcasing the Carbonerà Diamonds collection, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, managing inventory, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on product knowledge and the latest industry trends. The Sales Executive will also provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and industry trends, with a passion for luxury and fine craftsmanship
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and familiarity with retail operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory

- Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is an advantage
