Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The role entails providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Proven experience in Retail Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory and maintain visual displays
- Passion for jewelry and fashion, with a keen sense of style and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in Fine- Jewelry Sales.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products and trends in the jewelry industry
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
