About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to help boost our online presence, drive targeted traffic, and drive organic traffic growth The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy, collaborating with our content, digital marketing, and web development teams to optimize all online content.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- On-Page and Off-Page SEO Optimization:
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts with SEO best practices.
- Manage link-building strategies and execute backlink acquisition.
- Ensure website is up-to-date with on-page SEO optimizations, including meta tags, header structure, alt text, and internal linking.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
- Measure the impact of SEO strategies and report on growth metrics such as traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings.
- Use data insights to refine SEO strategies and improve performance.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Identify and implement opportunities for content enhancement based on SEO insights.
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure the accuracy and relevance of published content.
- Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
- Stay up-to-date with SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends.
- Adapt strategies to reflect changes in search engine algorithms, industry developments, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and technical SEO.
- Experience in link-building and content optimization is a plus
