We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with B2C experience to drive lead-generation efforts and optimize sales funnels .You’ll focus on increasing the volume of qualified leads, improving ad spend efficiency, and refining messaging and targeting to reach key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling online sales and managing budgets efficiently. You’ll oversee the entire paid advertising lifecycle, from audience research to performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Channel Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels to ensure efficient spending and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign KPIs, using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign metrics, including traffic, conversions, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and ROI.
Budget Management:
- Plan, allocate, and manage budgets across different campaigns and channels, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving target KPIs.
Stay Informed of Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, industry best practices, and platform changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution modeling
