Role Overview
Are you detail-oriented, comfortable with e-commerce operations, and passionate about global customer communication?
We are looking for an *E-Commerce Cataloging & Marketplace Operations Associate* to join our team in South Extension Part-2, New Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our online product catalogs, communicating directly with international buyers, and capturing our fine jewelry pieces through basic product photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Global Communication:* Handle buyer inquiries, custom order requests, shipping updates, and post-purchase follow-ups on platforms like Etsy and eBay.
- Cataloging & Listing Management:* Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and search tags.
- Data Management:* Organize catalog inventory, pricing, and specs using Excel spreadsheets and bulk upload templates.
- Product Photography & Asset Management:* Perform basic product photography for new jewelry collections and manage image retouches and digital assets.
What We Are Looking For?
- Flawless English Communication:* Excellent written and spoken English skills for international buyer messaging and persuasive listing copy.
- Excel & Tech Savviness:* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, listing templates) and general office software.
- Jewelry & E-Commerce Aptitude:* Familiarity with fine jewelry (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and e-commerce platforms (Etsy, eBay, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Attention to Detail:* High precision in product details, organizational skills, and prompt responsiveness.
Job Details & Perks
Location: South Extension Part-2, New Delhi (Near South Extension Metro Station) — In-Office Role
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) | Alternate (2nd) Saturdays Off
Base Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month (based on experience)
Performance Bonus: Extra performance/sales commissions
Time Off: 24 Paid Annual Leaves + Alternate 2nd Saturdays off
