About Ritual Frenzy
Ritual Frenzy is a contemporary jewelry brand creating pieces that elevate everyday style through unexpected playfulness, tactile detail, and strong visual identity. We design jewelry that feels expressive, collectible, slightly mischievous, and never ordinary.
Our pieces sit at the intersection of fashion, art, and object design, from sculptural silhouettes and surreal textures to colorful details and emotionally resonant styling pieces. We are building a globally recognizable jewelry brand rooted in creativity, strong aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Jewelry Designer who can help shape the future visual language of Ritual Frenzy. This role is for someone deeply curious about form, fashion, culture, materials, and wearability. Someone who can move fluidly between concept and production. You’ll work closely with the founder to develop collections, experiment with new ideas, refine technical details, and create jewelry that feels emotionally exciting while remaining commercially viable.
This is not a traditional fine jewelry role. We are looking for someone with strong taste, strong instincts, and the ability to create pieces people become obsessed with wearing.
Responsibilities
- Design seasonal and evergreen jewelry collections aligned with Ritual Frenzy’s brand world
- Create sketches, CAD-ready concepts, moodboards, and product development references
- Explore new forms, closures, textures, stone combinations, and wearable concepts
- Research fashion, cultural, art, and jewelry trends globally
- Work with CAD designers and manufacturers to refine designs for production
- Source references, materials, finishes, and construction ideas
- Participate in fittings, sampling, and product testing
- Ensure products balance creativity, comfort, durability, and scalability
- Contribute to packaging details, charms, styling systems, and collectible product experiences
- Help evolve Ritual Frenzy’s visual universe through experimentation and concept development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of fashion-forward jewelry
- Ability to sketch clearly and communicate ideas visually
- Understanding of jewelry construction, proportions, materials, and production processes
- Familiarity with CAD workflows (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar is a plus)
- Strong taste in styling, fashion, objects, and visual culture
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking
- Highly detail-oriented and obsessive about finish, proportion, and feel
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Open to experimentation and unconventional ideas
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in fashion jewelry or contemporary accessories
- Understand casting, stone setting, plating, and sampling processes
- Have experience working with manufacturers/vendors
- Have a strong personal visual language or creative practice
- Are deeply online and culturally aware
- Understand how jewelry performs in content, campaigns, and social media
Location
Mumbai preferred. Hybrid/Flexible.
