- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Summary
We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and passionate Jewellery Designer who can blend design expertise with customer consultation. This is a store-based role where you will not only create unique jewellery concepts but also assist customers in designing customized jewellery, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from consultation to final order.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Design
- Conduct market research to identify emerging jewellery and fashion trends.
- Develop innovative jewellery collections aligned with the Reia Diamonds brand.
- Curate and categorize jewellery designs based on collections and customer preferences.
- Create original jewellery concepts and customized designs for customers.
- Prepare hand sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications for manufacturing.
Customer Consultation & Sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
- Guide customers through the customization and design process.
- Explain design concepts, materials, gemstones, and available customization options.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized consultations.
- Assist customers throughout their purchase journey until order confirmation.
- Contribute to store sales by converting design consultations into successful orders while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the CAD, production, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Coordinate with retail staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely completion of customer orders.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, gemstones, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Continuously enhance design knowledge and recommend innovative ideas for future collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers as well as experienced jewellery designers can apply.
- Strong creative thinking with excellent design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in jewellery design software (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, AutoCAD, etc.) and hand sketching.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and consultation abilities.
- Ability to convert customer ideas into practical jewellery designs.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, and customer service.
