About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, intuitive, and style-savvy Jewellery Stylist to join our store team. This role goes beyond selling — it’s about creating meaningful, memorable experiences for every client who walks in, especially our NRI clientele and global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients and NRI customers, understanding their preferences, occasions, and cultural context.
- Curate and style complete jewellery looks tailored to each individual.
- Build strong relationships through thoughtful conversations and personalised service.
- Guide clients through design choices, combinations, and styling possibilities.
- Ensure a seamless in-store experience from first interaction to final purchase.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand aesthetics and storytelling in-store.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural “people’s person” who enjoys building connections
- A keen sense of style and understanding of fashion/jewellery aesthetics
- Ability to understand diverse client needs, especially international/NRI customers
- Prior experience in retail, luxury, fashion, or jewellery is a plus
