Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, presentable and enthusiastic Graduate Fresher to join Nauhar as a Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, customer handling and social media marketing.
The candidate will support in-store sales, customer enquiries, WhatsApp/Instagram follow-ups, basic content coordination, customer data management and day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, call and store enquiries politely and professionally.
- Explain basic product details, offers, jewellery plan details and store services to customers.
- Maintain customer data, enquiry records and follow-up status in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support Instagram stories, reels, captions, customer engagement and content coordination.
- Help the team with customer follow-ups, store visit invitations and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with happy customers for Google reviews and feedback.
- Support product display, store presentation and premium customer experience.
- Assist with local marketing activities like society outreach and promotional follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate fresher from any stream.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, sales or customer experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Presentable, polite and confident in customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Canva, Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools for captions, replies and basic content ideas.
- Should be willing to work from store in Noida.
- Jewellery background is not compulsory, but interest in jewellery is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Full-time fresher role
- Practical exposure to jewellery retail, customer handling, sales and social media marketing
