Jewellery Sales Manager – B2B Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery (India & International Markets)
About Mira Gems
Mira Gems is a globally trusted manufacturer of lab-grown diamonds and diamond jewellery with 30+ years of diamond manufacturing expertise. We are expanding our B2B jewellery business and looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Manager who can build systems, lead teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales System Architecture
• Build complete B2B jewellery sales process
• Design structured sales funnel integrated with ERP systems
• Establish SOPs for lead handling, quotation, CAD approval, production, and dispatch
• Build scalable sales workflows and accountability systems
Revenue & Market Growth
• Develop and execute B2B expansion strategy
• Onboard domestic and international jewellery retailers
• Build repeat-order focused client base
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
Sales Operations & Compliance
• Ensure structured tracking of leads, quotations, orders, and payments
• Monitor pipeline health, ageing, and outstanding reports
• Generate weekly revenue and sales reports
• Coordinate with production, design, CRM, and dispatch teams
Team Building & Leadership
Build and manage:
• CRM Team
• Telecalling Team
• Field Sales Team
• Backend & QC Team
Responsibilities include:
• KPI-based performance management
• Team training and development
• Weekly reviews and accountability tracking
• Hiring and onboarding support
Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with jewellery retailers and distributors
• Handle key accounts and strategic negotiations
• Resolve escalations professionally
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
Requirements
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in a Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery or Natural Diamond Jewellery company
• Strong B2B jewellery sales experience
• Experience managing retailers, distributors, and key accounts
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of jewellery sales and manufacturing workflow
• Experience with CRM and ERP-driven sales processes preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage both revenue and operational responsibilities
