About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jewellery Merchandiser & Product Coordinator to support product development, sampling coordination, and order management processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, product understanding, and the ability to work closely with factories, internal merchandising teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of workflows.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewellery industry with strong exposure to product coordination, merchandising operations, sampling processes, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with factories for product development (PD) activities and sample execution
- Liaise between the merchandising team and factory for smooth sampling and order processing
- Track product development timelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage customer order queries and provide regular status updates
- Maintain product records, order details, and merchandising documentation
- Support workflow execution from sampling to final production stages
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and process efficiency
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product-related documentation using Microsoft Office and Canva
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, materials, and merchandising workflows
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in sample tracking, order coordination, and vendor communication
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery merchandising/product coordination
- Prior experience working with jewellery manufacturers or merchandising teams is highly preferred
