Job Title: Jewellery CAD Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Jewellery CAD Designer to develop innovative and production-ready designs for diamond jewellery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in jewellery CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, or Procreate, and hands-on experience in designing a wide range of jewellery including both open setting and closed setting ornaments.
Experience in using AI tools for concept generation and design enhancement will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Design & CAD Development
· Create detailed and production-ready CAD models for diamond jewellery.
· Design various categories of jewellery including rings, earrings, pendants, bangles, necklaces, and bracelets.
· Develop designs for both:
o Open Setting Jewellery
o Closed Setting Jewellery
· Convert sketches, concepts, and references into accurate 3D CAD models.
· Ensure designs are technically feasible for manufacturing and stone setting.
Software Usage
· Work proficiently with one or more of the following tools:
o Rhino
o Matrix / MatrixGold
o ZBrush
o Procreate
· Modify and optimize existing CAD files as per management and production requirements.
· Generate rendered images and design presentations when required.
Coordination with Production
· Coordinate with the Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
· Incorporate feedback from management and production into final designs.
· Ensure design files are ready for CAM and manufacturing processes.
Innovation & Trend Research
· Research current jewellery trends and develop new concepts.
· Create unique and market-oriented designs aligned with customer preferences.
· Explore and utilize AI tools for design ideation and visualization (preferred).
File Management
· Maintain organized records of CAD files, renders, and design references.
· Ensure proper naming, storage, and version control of all design assets.
Key Requirements
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer.
· Strong proficiency in Rhino, Matrix/MatrixGold, ZBrush, or Procreate.
· Experience in designing diamond jewellery, including open and closed setting ornaments.
· Good understanding of manufacturing processes, stone settings, and technical limitations.
· Strong creativity with attention to detail and precision.
· Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
· Diploma or certification in Jewellery Design / CAD Design.
· Experience working in a jewellery company in Hyderabad.
· Knowledge of AI-based design tools for concept generation and rendering.
Preferred Qualities

· Ability to accept feedback and make quick revisions.
· Passion for luxury jewellery design.
