UI UX Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the creation of engaging user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver designs that align with business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
• Design for multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring responsiveness across all platforms.
• Implement interaction design (IxD) principles, creating smooth and engaging user interactions using animations and transitions.
• Organize and structure content effectively through sound information architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the latest design standards are met.
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines) to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify design opportunities and enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and design libraries.
• Expertise in responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, iconography, and spacing in visual design.
• Experience in interaction design (IxD), focusing on animations and transitions for engaging user experiences.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for accessible design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, providing creative yet practical design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment.
