Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure design consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Design for multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring responsiveness across all platforms.
- Implement interaction design (IxD) principles, creating smooth and engaging user interactions using animations and transitions.
- Organize and structure content effectively through sound information architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the latest design standards are met.
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines) to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users.
- Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify design opportunities and enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and design libraries.
- Expertise in responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, iconography, and spacing in visual design.
- Experience in interaction design (IxD), focusing on animations and transitions for engaging user experiences.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for accessible design.
- Strong problem-solving skills, providing creative yet practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
