Job Title: Senior Jewellery Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Design new fashion jewellery collections in line with the Everstylish brand.
- Create jewellery designs from concept to final sample.
- Research the latest jewellery, fashion, and market trends.
- Prepare design sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently.
- Review product samples and suggest changes wherever required.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams for new product launches and photoshoots.
- Maintain a record of design references, inspirations, and new ideas.
- Ensure all jewellery designs meet Everstylish's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Complete assigned design projects within the given timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Jewellery Design or Accessory Design from NIFT / NID only
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion jewellery design, preferably in e-commerce or fast-fashion
- Strong hand-sketching and visualisation skills
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, moulds, construction techniques, and production processes
- Strong aesthetic sense with excellent trend awareness and attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a design team
