About the role
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our web applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Ensure designs align with overall brand strategy and objectives.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Minimum Skills Set Required:
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
