Qualifications:
● Passion for surf culture and the Jetty brand.
● Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
● Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
● Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
● Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and POS systems.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods of time.
● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
● Knowledge of Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:
● Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right products and answering questions about Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure outstanding shopping experience.
● Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
● Contribute to visual merchandising efforts by arranging products in an attractive and engaging way.
● Handle cash transactions, operate the point of sale (POS) system, and assist with returns and exchanges.
● Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stock is well-organized.
● Build strong relationships with customers, provide personal recommendations and promote the Jetty brand.
● Work closely with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
