About the role

The Social Media Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy. Create engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Manage and oversee daily content, including posts, videos, and graphics .Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization .Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align strategies.Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network .Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Use social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.Familiarity with web design and publishing. Excellent multitasking skills .Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail.
