About the role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with around 3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools. You will work closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery and ensure system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools. Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency. Build and maintain Docker containers and orchestrate with Kubernetes or ECS. Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Cloud-native tools. Collaborate with development and QA teams to support code deployment and automate testing workflows. Implement and maintain configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Ensure system security and compliance through proper access control and auditing practices. Troubleshoot production issues and support incident response and root cause analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). Good understanding of networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
