First Officer

As a First Officer, you will serve as the co-pilot and second-in-command of the aircraft, assisting the Captain in the safe operation of the flight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with pre-flight and post-flight duties, maintaining vigilance during all phases of flight, and communicating effectively with air traffic control and cabin crew. Qualifications include a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating, Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, and First Class Medical Certificate. JetBlue also requires a minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time and 50 hours of multi-engine flight time.
