B2B Junior Business Development Role Tasks Data Sourcing and Management Sourcing accurate data/contact details from online sources such as LinkedIn, Google Search, AI, and several free lead generation tools, among others, in order to generate business through the online channel/medium. Sourcing data from our competitors' clientele and approaching them. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization. Cold Calls & Personalized Emails: Cold calling and researching new approaches to gain business from various industry types based on our service offering. Collecting data of targeted businesses, marketing managers & sending personalized emails to them & creating business relations. Email marketing is essential to complete tasks through automation. Converting qualified leads: Attending the call leads from google and other online platforms and converting them into qualified leads. Creating weekly reports on leads, data, and how many have converted into qualified leads/clients. Sales Meetings & Networking: Preparing and fixing in person meetings with targeted clients, competitors, agencies etc. Preparing for meetings via structured research about targeted clients. Sales Proposal: Creating Presentations based on the client requirements. Coordinate with the operations/production team to generate proposals, proforma invoice, etc. Generating Invoices. Sales Conversion: Negotiate win-win deals. Maintain Profitability index as per management guidelines. Maintaining of expense & profitability data: Overseeing the profitability and expense sheet data with the accounts team. Client Coordination: Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client. You'll be the POC between the client and the operations/production team from contract to completion of the project. Working with Legal Team: Working with a legal team for contracts optimization/innovations etc.
