About the role
As a Programmatic Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our programmatic advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various ad exchanges and platforms- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and ROI- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution- Staying up-to-date with the latest programmatic trends, technologies, and industry best practices- Providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation- Mentoring and training junior members of the programmatic team
To be successful in this role, you should have:- 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, media buying, or a related field- Proficiency in operating and optimizing campaigns on demand-side platforms (DSPs) like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, etc.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights- Familiarity with ad servers, ad verification, and brand safety tools- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
