About the role
We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with experience in stock market trading applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PHP development, API integration (such as stock market data feeds), and a strong understanding of financial markets. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining trading platforms, market analytics tools, and financial dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance stock trading web applications using PHP and related technologies.
Integrate third-party APIs for real-time stock market data, trading execution, and financial news.
Optimize and secure trading platforms for high performance and reliability.
Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) to store and manage financial data.
Implement trading algorithms, order management systems, and portfolio tracking features.
Collaborate with traders, analysts, and other developers to enhance system functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in trading applications.
Stay updated with stock market trends and trading technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
Strong understanding of stock market trading concepts (equities, derivatives, forex, etc.).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs (such as Alpha Vantage, Yahoo Finance, or broker APIs).
Knowledge of financial data structures and real-time market data processing.
Familiarity with WebSocket programming for live data streaming.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of security best practices in financial applications
