About the role

Jefferies is seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Manager to join our Global Client Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities: - Serving as the key point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship - Driving the execution of client-facing initiatives and projects, including onboarding, client communications, and reporting - Collaborating with internal teams across the firm to ensure seamless service delivery and to anticipate and address client needs - Analyzing client data and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the client experience - Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive operational efficiencies - Participating in the development and implementation of new client service programs and solutions Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions - Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategic recommendations - Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications a plus
