About the role
Jefferies is currently accepting applications for our 2026 Investment Banking Analyst program in Tokyo, Japan. As a member of our Investment Banking Analyst team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of corporate finance and advisory work, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, restructuring, and other strategic advisory assignments. You will work closely with senior bankers and be involved in all aspects of deal execution, from conducting industry and company research to building complex financial models and preparing presentation materials. The program provides extensive training and mentoring to develop your technical and client-facing skills, as well as opportunities to interact with bankers across our global platform. We are seeking driven, analytical individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing Tokyo team.
