Responsibilities
- Your primary job will be to reach out to customers who have submitted an inquiry to our sales and service teams
- You will be reaching out via phone calls, emails and texts
- Showing up to work on time dressed professionally
- Working directly with your sales managers on a consistent basis throughout the workday
- Continually staying in contact and executing proper follow-up in CRM
- Staying up to date on product knowledge
- Give each customer great experience and follow the steps of the sales process
