Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow for the role of Jeet. Responsibilities include managing and expanding business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving predefined business targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identifying new market trends to enhance business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies and business development
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Lucknow region will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
