Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented JEE Mathematics Teacher who can inspire students and deliver high-quality academic outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a structured teaching approach, and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for JEE (Main & Advanced) Mathematics
- Design and develop Class Work Problems (CWP), assignments, and test papers
- Conduct topic-wise tests, full-length tests, and performance analysis
- Provide individual mentorship and doubt-solving support to students
- Contribute to academic planning and curriculum structuring
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging classroom environment
Preferred Teaching Style (Sarathi Pedagogy)- Strong emphasis on concept building and problem-solving depth
- Ability to handle multi-level questions (Basic → Advanced)
- Structured teaching similar to top Kota/IIT-based systems
- Integration of motivation, discipline, and value-based guidance
Qualifications & Requirements- B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Mathematics or related field
- Strong command over JEE Advanced-level Mathematics
- Prior teaching experience in JEE coaching institutes preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for mentoring students and improving outcomes
