Role Description This full-time, on-site JEE Mains Chemistry Faculty role is based in Kukunoor. The faculty member will plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures aligned with the JEE Mains syllabus, using clear explanations, illustrative examples, and problem-solving sessions. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and offering targeted doubt-clearing sessions. The role involves designing study materials, coordinating with academic coordinators and other faculty, and maintaining an engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs. The faculty member is also expected to stay updated with exam patterns, ensure syllabus coverage within timelines, and participate in parent and academic review meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject expertise in Chemistry for JEE Mains, including conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement to deliver effective, exam-oriented teaching.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessment design, test paper setting, and performance analysis to monitor and improve student outcomes.
- Candidates should possess clear communication and explanation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and address doubts patiently.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with JEE Mains exam patterns, previous years’ questions, and competitive exam strategies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline; prior experience teaching JEE/competitive exam batches is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams, adapt to institutional processes, and maintain professional conduct and punctuality.
